Next week, London

Fred Oliveira on February 4, 2006

London Next week, the whole team here at Webreakstuff is going to be in London for the Carson Workshops “The Future of Web Apps” summit. With its speaker line-up and attendee list, it looks like it’s going to be a hell of a day. We’re going to be in town from Monday the 6th to Thursday the 9th, so if you want to hook up for coffee or lunch, get in touch.

Oh, and if you’re going to the Astoria thursday night to see Broken Social Scene (which obviously means you’re into good music) hit us up, because we’ll be there as well. We’ll see you londoners next week.

Fred, sorry to hijack the post, but I take it you’ve settled on your team. I never heard any status and I’m not sure if my emails have been making it through or not.

Also, any plans for a GoPlan release soon?

Fred

Scott, we ended up settling with a completely local team with the possibility of teaming up with other individuals (or groups) in our work. This is how we’re working at the moment, and how I see us continue in the near future.

Given that we’re working on projects that require a web-accessible powerful project management tool with integrated ticket/bug system and people management, GoPlan is still being (albeit slowly) developed. While we don’t expect to release it public soon, we may make it available for some other teams to test out - and you’re still on the top of the list, I know you’ve been eager to look at it.

Hiya Fred,
Sorry for the late reply … Hope to meet you and the Webreakstuff team at the conference. A few people from Betfair will be there as well as our agency, nowwashyourhands.
