I struggle with the same things as you in quite a different environment (government). I agree with everything you have said here, but I don&#039;t really think this information helps me out.

What would make it better? Examples, details. I fully understand that &quot;the right balance between maintaining steady productivity and keeping people happy with what theyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢re doing is the hot spot,&quot; but what have you done to accomplish this hot spot?
