For me, &quot;getting it&quot; is understanding what people need to see happen to keep trusting a brand, instead of throwing blanks trying to figure out what people will like next. Yahoo is playing cautiously and keeps delivering. Which approach is the right one is still a good question, but the fact that google is making adsense money doesn&#039;t mean their populary keeps going up.</description>
