		<description>I agree with Mike, Apple didn&#039;t invent DRM, but they are responsible for it&#039;s standardization and proliferation, this is just a move the keep the &quot;cool&quot;. If Jobs is against DRM why doesn&#039;t he just open the damn thing? Because the music should be free, just not to iPod competitors!</description>

Up until now, Apple has been a big part of the problem.  Remember when Apple kept shutting down Real from using their Harmony technology to make files that were compatible with the ipod?
